NMEA 2021 Registration

Conference Dates: July 14-17, 2021

  • July 14-16 will feature Plenary Speakers, Concurrent Sessions, and Networking from 2:00-6:00 pm EDT / 11:00am -3:00pm PDT / 8:00am-12:00pm HST.

  • Our Student Conference will be held July 15 from 2:00-5:00 pm EDT / 11:00am -2:00pm PDT / 8:00-11:00am HST.  

  • If local regulations allow, we will be offering in-person field trips hosted by our regional chapters on July 17

  • July 13 will be an optional day of events and meet-ups including a How To Whova session (Whova is the NMEA 2021 conference platform), NMEA Board meeting and a New Member/Newcomer social. Events will take place from 12pm- 8pm EDT.

Cancellation Policy for Conference and Field Trips

Full refund before June 15, 2021
50% refund June 15 - July 1, 2021
No refund after July 1, 2021

Full registration: $75

Registration includes:

  • 3 days of Plenary Speakers, Concurrent Sessions, and Networking

  • Access to field trips sponsored by local chapters on July 17 (available at additional cost)

 

We recognize that 2020 has had unprecedented impacts on many of our members.  Through the generosity of our sponsors, this year we are able to make the conference more accessible by offering a reduced conference registration rate of $15 for those that apply for assistance.

 

NMEA Chapter Field Trips

Some of our NMEA Chapters will be offering field trip opportunities on Saturday, July 17th.

Make your field trip selection on the Conference Registration Form. There is limited space available on all field trips. Reserve early as they may sell out quickly! If you can not make the conference, you can still attend a field trip if there is space available. Registration for non-conference participants will be available soon on the field trip page.

 

Student Conference

  • For NMEA Student Members, full time students, ages 13 and up

  • July 15, 2:00-5:00 pm EDT / 11:00am -2:00pm PDT / 8:00-11:00am HST

  • Registration includes a panel discussion, a career panel, student presentations, and networking opportunities
