First Student buses vandalized with graffiti overnight, MMSD confirms

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Some buses that transport students in the Madison Metropolitan School District were vandalized with pro-Palestine graffiti.
District spokesperson Ian Folger confirmed Thursday that the vandalism happened overnight and affected a limited number of buses.
The buses were seen with messages saying “Free Palestine” and “Divest.”
Folger said the graffiti was removed from some buses and others were expected to be cleaned before the afternoon routes started.
First Student is the transportation provider for MMSD.
