IAMSE Toolkit Submission
The mission of the International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE) is to advance health profession education through teacher development and to ensure that the teaching and learning of medical science continues to be firmly grounded in foundational sciences and the best practices of teaching. We strive to achieve this by: providing multidisciplinary, interprofessional and cross-cultural forums for discussion of issues affecting medical science education and educators; designing and evaluating current and innovative means to teach the sciences fundamental to health professions, and sharing the results for the development of all health professions educators and; serving as an international voice to enhance appreciation of the crucial role of medical sciences in health and health care.

Toolkits can be one homogenous format, such as a PDF file, or they can be a compendium of resources that include several file types including, but not limited to, videos, PDF files, and MS PowerPoint. It is important that the format of the Toolkit be appropriate for the specific content of the Toolkit.

Please provide a list of not more than 12 authors including senior educators, junior educators, and students with a comma separating them. Please do not include credentials (MD, PhD, etc).  Priority will be given to proposals from multi-institutional and multi-national author collaboratives.
Mentoring Plan (200 words or less): *
Please include a framework for the established health professions educators on your team to mentor students and more junior educators during project development.
Content Information (1000 words or less): *
Please address the following: Abstract; Content outline; Target audience; Objectives for the Toolkit; Brief description of each section of the Toolkit.
Relevant Experience of Authorship Team: *
Relevant citations to published work that highlights the senior authors’ experience in the field should be included. In the absence of publications, other evidence of experience such as peer-reviewed presentations at national and international meetings will be considered.
