Dear NYSLSA Members,

NYSLSA President, Stefan Kalogridis, and our lobbyist, Todd Vandervort have been having conversations with legislators to help them understand the negative impacts of legislation that would allow restaurants and bars to sell to-go drinks and bottles of wine and liquor permanently. During our conversations, many legislators are asking for data from our members to quantify how COVID-19 has impacted our retail stores regarding sales, hours, customers, and general operations.  To collect this important data, we have created this survey.  Any feedback you share will be held in strict confidence.  We are not asking for specific numbers – just a percent difference.

Please take a moment to answer this short survey about how your business has been affected by COVID-19, since March 7, when Governor Cuomo declared a State of Emergency - it should take around 5-7 minutes of your time. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
